Sunroom

Because this little cottage is so compact, the main sitting room does double duty as both living room and dining room.
But with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and a clear "Suntuf" roof over the beamed ceiling, this pleasant sunroom never feels small.
On the contrary, flooded with natural light and open to a panorama of breathtaking waterfront views, this is a very soothing and peaceful space.
Enhancing the salty "seaside cottage" feel of the sunroom is the crisp-white beaded board used to line the walls.
Underfoot is warmly-stained solid-pine flooring, which provides a nice contrast to the pristine white of the walls while also blending well with the cottage theme.
Finally, in the corner there is a small freestanding propane stove, which not only keeps the sunroom snug but also adds just the right touch of cozy ambience after-hours.
And when it's time to stretch a little, just outside the main-entry French door is the paver-lined patio, complete with a large stackstone fire pit, perfect for those summer barbecues and winter bonfires, and for soaking up those spectacular views.
