Mystery Bay Cottages LLC is a small mom-and-pop design/build company.
Its founders are the handsome couple pictured here, Jeff and Melinda Cote (the surname is Americanized French so say "Coty").
Because our company is small, we build or remodel only one or two homes each year. Not exactly a production line, to be sure, but then that's the whole point. By limiting the number of projects we do, we're able to focus all of our energy, skill, and attention on one home at a time. Take a look at our gallery of pictures, and we think you'll agree that when we build a new "old" house, the result is a handcrafted jewel worthy of its vintage inspiration. The big guys just can't compete with us!
